200 days of showing up

A quick humble brag (and link roundup).

Hey.

Yesterday marked the 200th (!) edition of Read This.

That's 200 weekdays of (mostly) uninterrupted link sharing from 150+ different sources.

I'll be honest, it's been a grind at times but the small act of regularly sharing something has become a ritual I look forward to most weekdays.

To mark the occasion, I'm re-sharing a few of my favorite finds organized by “vibes.”

ICYMI: Here's a recap of the first 100 days.

Relax

Be brave or be stupid | Stop acting like an expert | Do pointless things

Keep Going

Default to spaciousness | Curiosity and consistency | The movement is what matters | Rethinking the unbearable weight of self-promotion

Some Practical Resources

Reject numbers, embrace connections | Author platforms | Writing, riffs & relationships

Interesting Things

Yes, people do buy books | Unscalable, hand-crafted lists of links

Interesting Bummers

The enshittification lifecycle of online platforms | How technology hooked the world

Just for Fun

Good sign-offs

A small ask (or four)...

Shoot me an email (sk@stephen-knezovich.com) and let me know if anything I've shared over the past 200 emails has been helpful. I spend a lot of time curating Read This and I'd love to know if it's worth it. Not just for me, but for you.

Or share your go-to source for marketing advice. I'm always looking to expand my reading and to discover new ideas.

Or let me know what challenges you're facing with launching, growing, or sustaining your own newsletter. I'm here to be a resource for you.

Or forward this email to another writer who wants to newsletter better.

Thanks for reading. I'll check back in after another 100 (if not before).

See you in your inbox,

Read This is curated by Stephen Knezovich. Each issue shares resources and insights to help writers launch, improve & grow their email newsletter.
